Training and development opportunities

As a Swiss company, we truly believe in innovative and high-quality products and processes. By continuously training and developing all our employees, we are securing the future success of the business. This is why we make targeted investments in individual training for our employees. We also financially participate in English and French courses which people can attend indipendent of their function.

Working time model

The employees have their own vision about how to manage their time. Under consideration of all relevant regulations, an agreement is reached with each employee on an annual basis regarding the number of hours to work each week, and the number of weeks holiday to take. Besides this, employees can also determine the actual working time, bearing in mind block times where attendance is mandatory and basically decide on their own work-life balance.
